adidas CONFIRMED app
CONFIRMED is the app dedicated to Adidas’s sneakerhead community. Boasting the brand’s most sought-after releases, the app lets users shop a curated selection of high-end, limited drops and features regular editorial reads on adidas icons, past and present. My role as the lead UX writer was to create a concise tone of voice and bring the app to the European market.

I joined the CONFIRMED team just as the app was about to launch in 6 new markets across Europe. Already live in the US, the app was first developed without a UX writer (eek!). My task was to review and improve the existing source copy for better usability and engagement. This entailed auditing every string of copy throughout the experience.
Since time was limited (we only had 2 months before launch), I focused on making the source copy consistent, user-friendly and translatable. Working closely with the localisation team for each market, I ensured that translations met our UX requirements and the CONFIRMED tone of voice.
